Care Pack Services (For HP Products Only)

This is a 3 to 4 year contract with HP through its partner The Copy Cat Limited. This coverage includes all required parts and materials.
Coverage window options- Standard business hours, standard business days:
Service is available 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
AND
Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, holidays are excluded. Extended business hours, standard business days:
Service is available 8:00 am - 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
4-hour onsite response 24x7x365 has service available around-the-clock every day, including all holidays.

Implementation- Customer Calls, Next Available Technical Resource, Onsite, Next Business Day Response, Standard Office Hours, Standard Office Days, as per Agreement.

Resolution- Hardware Problem Diagnosis, Material and Repair.

Value added- Preventive Maintenance is carried out on the equipment three (3) times a year and the benefit of unlimited number of support call outs. Response time to the site for all the equipment is reduced to 2hours from the time the call is booked DUE TO THE CONTRACTED SERVICE WINDOW with The Copy Cat Limited.

Escalation management- established escalation procedures enlist specialized expertise from HP and selected third-parties.

Preventive Maintenance Contracts
we offer these services to extend the life of your equipment. Once you have signed the above contract your automatically eligible for, four (4) periodical maintenance services per year and any number breakdown calls you make to us attended to 2/4/7. You are assured peak efficiency of your equipment and minimal repair interruptions. Our key goal is to reduce your down time.

Planned parts replacement
We ensure that all parts are checked and replaced when necessary and charged for at a pocket friendly price

Helpdesk Support
We answer your support questions about hundreds of applications and network-operating systems in a phone call, chat/email or a radio call away to the Help Desk.
Our professionals use every means to get clients back on line in minimal time. Help Desk Management System used is Service Accent. This is web-enabled management software that is scalable and hence makes report generation easily accessible and user friendly

Support Equipment.
The workshop and field engineers are equipped with facilities, tools and software for diagnosis and repair. This is also complemented by a comprehensive range of support online tools (diagnosis and repair) and online spares procurement from our partners. There are spares in stock for the commonly replaced parts like power supplies, hard disk drives, print heads and many more, for rapid response and resolution of a big range of varied ICT products. The field services section has a number of UPSs, printers and PCs used as standby equipment during repair periods in instances when required.
